Broken memory cards or  GPS-devices should be returned to the reseller that has sold the product which will take care of the repair process.

Include following materials:

  • license code
  • receipt
  • return address
  • phone model
  • area (UK-Ireland, Germany, Skandinavia, other?)
  • fault

Note! Make sure to take backup of your personal files before service process.
