LMTool installation guide for UIQ phones

If you get error message "Application stopped! The license code is already registered. Enter New code?" you need to install and run LMTool program which cleans up telephones local license database.  Before you can enter your code again you must ask Navicore's technical support to clean your license code from the server database.

Start Web.

Tap Internet -> Open page

Type in address http://support.navicoretech.com/uk

Tap LMTool for Symbian UIQ to download LMTool

It takes few seconds to download the sis file. Make sure that you have proper GPRS or data settings installed on your smartphone.

 
Download completed. Tap "Yes" to start installation.

Security information. Press "Yes" to proceed.

Tap Install.

LMTool is now on the Applications menu. Tap it to start the program.

LMTool is started. Tap Edit -> Delete DBs.

Now you can exit LMTool application. Tap Edit -> Exit.
